Versatile HDPE/PVC Drainage Boards for Effective Water Management & Structural Protection
- Overview
- Recommended Products
Product Description
Plastic drainage protection board is made of polystyrene (HIPS), polyethylene (HDPE), and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as raw materials. The plastic bottom plate is punched into conical protrusions or reinforcing ribs with convex points (or hollow cylindrical porous), with a width of 1-3 meters, a length of 4-10 meters, and a convex height of 10-0mm, or customized production according to customer requirements.
Product Performance
The main performance of drainage protection board includes
1. Waterproof performance: Polyethylene (HDPE) polystyrene (PVC) waterproof and drainage protection board material itself is a very good waterproof material. The unique concave convex hollow vertical reinforcement structure of the drainage protection board can quickly and effectively discharge rainwater, greatly reducing or even eliminating the static water pressure of the waterproof layer. Through this active water guiding principle, active waterproofing can be achieved.
2. Protection: The drainage protection board can effectively protect the structure and waterproof layer, and resist various acids and alkalis in the soil and plant roots. When backfilling the basement exterior wall, it can protect the building and waterproof layer from damage.
3. Noise reduction and sound insulation function: Laboratory data shows that polyethylene (HDPE) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) waterproof and drainage protection boards can effectively reduce indoor noise levels of 14 decibels and 500Hz, and have significant noise reduction and sound insulation functions. Waterproof water guide boards can also provide good ventilation and moisture resistance when used on floors or walls.
Product Application
It is mainly used for: garage roof greening, roof gardens, vertical greening, sloping roof greening, football fields, golf courses, airports, road subgrades, subways, tunnels, landfills, upper or lower floors of building foundations, basement interior and exterior walls and bottom plates, roof anti-seepage and insulation layers, reservoir anti-seepage, reservoirs, artificial lakes anti-seepage, highway and railway subgrades, dams and slope protection layers, etc.
